• Oversee the meticulous execution of pre-commissioning activities, ensuring all systems are functionally ready for introduction of process fluids.
• Develop and implement detailed pre-commissioning plans and schedules, coordinating with engineering, construction, and operations teams.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and project specifications throughout all pre-commissioning tasks.
• Manage and supervise the testing of all mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems, including hydrostatic tests, flushing, and blow-downs.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation preferred).
• Proven track record of at least 7-10 years in pre-commissioning or commissioning roles within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Power Generation industry.
• Possession of relevant certifications such as PMP, NEBOSH, or equivalent is highly advantageous.
• Extensive experience in developing and executing complex pre-commissioning plans for large-scale projects.
