We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Document Controller with strong knowledge of Aconex to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and control project documentation using Aconex. Upload, distribute, track, and maintain project documents and correspondence. Maintain accurate document registers and revision control. Ensure all documents are properly classified, filed, and updated. Monitor document submissions, reviews, approvals, and workflows. Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors regarding document control. Ensure compliance with project document control procedures and standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Document Controller, preferably in a project environment. Hands-on experience with Oracle Aconex is required. Good knowledge of document control procedures and revision management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Strong organizational and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail.
