Overview

We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our team to support procurement operations and ensure supply chain efficiency. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in vendor management, price analysis, and the implementation of purchasing strategies that contribute to achieving the company's operational goals in a dynamic work environment in Jeddah.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist in executing the full procurement cycle from purchase request to material receipt.
• Effectively communicate with approved suppliers to request quotes and follow up on purchase orders.
• Update and document supplier databases to ensure the accuracy of information and pricing.
• Assist in preparing periodic reports on purchasing costs and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure their material and service needs are met in a timely manner.
• Research new suppliers and analyze market trends to provide cost-optimization proposals.

Qualifications and Requirements

• University degree (Bachelor's) in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or any relevant field.
• Practical experience of at least one year and no more than two years in procurement or relevant administrative tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
