Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire-fighting, irrigation, and mechanical equipment installations.
• Review and respond to mechanical Requests for Inspection.
• Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and ITPs.
• Witness pressure testing, flushing, disinfection, equipment start-up, and system testing.
• Check pipework, ductwork, insulation, supports, equipment, fixtures, and connections.
• Identify non-compliant work and monitor corrective actions.
• Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover.

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of mechanical inspection experience.
• Experience on large-scale mixed-use residential and commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire-fighting, and irrigation systems.
• Familiarity with ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, IPC, and Saudi Building Code requirements.
• Previous consultancy or construction supervision experience is preferred.
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers registration is required.
