About the Role

Parker Connect is seeking a Salesperson to join their team. This is a full-time position for an individual with 0-1 years of experience who is driven to achieve sales goals and build strong client relationships. The role requires a proactive approach to sales, strong technical product knowledge, and the ability to navigate complex sales environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Plan field trips a week in advance to maximize client engagement.
• Engage directly with decision-makers to close deals efficiently.
• Conduct lunch meetings with clients to facilitate deal closures.
• Maintain excellent contacts with MEP contractors and consultants to generate immediate business opportunities.

• Demonstrated leadership skills and a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales goals.
• Strong self-starter capabilities with effective planning skills.
• Good knowledge of technical products and an aptitude for learning new subjects quickly.
