Role Description The Catering (for External Parties) role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Riyadh Region. The role is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing catering services for external corporate and private events, ensuring high-quality food presentation and service that aligns with Abreez’s brand standards. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients to understand event requirements, developing catering menus and proposals, and liaising with suppliers and internal teams to secure necessary resources. The role oversees event setup, service, and breakdown, manages catering staff schedules, and monitors inventory and hygiene standards. The position also involves tracking costs, supporting budget control, managing feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement of catering offerings for external parties.
Qualifications

• Experience in catering, hospitality, or food & beverage operations, with a strong focus on event-based services for external clients.
• Skills in client relationship management, communication, and coordination to gather requirements and deliver tailored catering solutions.
• Ability to plan and organize events, including menu planning, logistics management, scheduling, and on-site supervision.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and basic inventory control relevant to catering operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to manage last-minute changes and maintain service quality.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced on-site environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as events, logistics, and procurement.
• Beneficial qualifications include prior experience in corporate events, fluency in Arabic and English, and familiarity with the Riyadh market.
• Relevant diploma or degree in hospitality management, catering, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
