Job description

One of the leading companies announces its desire to attract a "Senior Account Manager" with high competence and extensive professional experience to oversee its financial management, ensuring the accuracy of accounting operations and directing the financial performance of the company.

Main Responsibilities:

• Complete supervision of all daily financial and accounting operations.
• Preparation and closure of financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annual) accurately and on their specified dates.
• Preparation and evaluation of all tax and zakat declarations (Value Added Tax, withholding tax, zakat declarations) and dealing with the requirements of official authorities.
• Monitoring and evaluating cash flows and managing bank accounts.
• Effective coordination with external auditors to facilitate annual audit operations.

Skills

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
• Preferred to have prior experience working with audit and accounting firms.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• Full compliance with international financial reporting standards (IFRS).
• Excellent experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• High proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and advanced financial reporting.
• Outstanding leadership skills and ability to manage and direct the accounting team.
• Analytical skills to understand market trends and evaluate value propositions.
• Effective communication skills to build strong relationships with clients.
• Leadership skills to guide teams and achieve shared goals.
• Deep understanding of marketing strategies and market research.
• Ability to manage projects and ensure successful execution.
• Negotiation skills to achieve the best results for clients and the company.
• Familiarity with software tools for data analysis and managing client relationships.
