Job description

A leading steel factory in Tabouk is looking for a Steel Factory Manager from Arab nationalities (20-30 skilled workers and operators, current production is approximately 50 tons monthly, with a plan to increase production capacity).

The factory covers an area of 20,000 m², including a production hall of 5,500 m², a raw materials warehouse of 1,800 m², a finished products warehouse of 1,800 m², and an administrative building of 400 m².

Responsibilities:

• Manage the production hall daily and monitor technicians and operators on machines and equipment
• Read engineering drawings (construction and detail Shop Drawings) and convert them into production plans and work orders
• Coordinate between drawings and the production hall to ensure accurate and timely execution
• Schedule production and allocate tasks to machines (cutting, bending, welding, assembly, painting)
• Increase production capacity and fully utilize the hall space
• Manage warehouses and the movement of raw materials and finished products
• Ensure quality and safety standards, reduce waste, and monitor equipment maintenance

Skills

Requirements:

• From Arab nationalities
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial) or equivalent strong practical experience
• At least 7 years of experience in steel or metal structure factories, including management experience
• Experience in increasing production or expanding manufacturing lines (strong advantage)
• Proficient in reading engineering drawings, familiarity with AutoCAD or Tekla preferred
• Ability to lead a technical team and organize work
• Willingness to work and reside in Tabouk
