Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Specialist role based in Riyadh. The Business Development Specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, and support the development of tailored marketing and communication proposals. Daily tasks include conducting market research, generating leads, managing pipelines, preparing presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs. The role also involves participating in client meetings, following up on opportunities, negotiating terms in coordination with senior team members, and tracking performance against sales and growth targets.

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret market and performance data to inform business decisions.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Proven experience in Lead Generation and Market Research within marketing, communication, or related services.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present solutions clearly to stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in agency or marketing environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic sales reporting techniques.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
