ESMOS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Account Director on behalf of a leading events company based in Riyadh, KSA.

The successful candidate will lead key client accounts, drive account growth, and oversee the successful delivery of events, exhibitions, and experiential projects. This is a senior client-facing role requiring strong commercial awareness, relationship management, and project delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop key client relationships, acting as a senior point of contact.
• Lead accounts from initial brief through planning, delivery, and post-event review.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and additional revenue.
• Oversee project budgets, profitability, forecasting, and commercial performance.
• Collaborate with creative, production, operations, and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed client expectations.
• Lead and support pitches, proposals, tenders, and new business opportunities.
• Manage project scope, client expectations, and commercial or operational risks.
• Provide leadership and guidance to account and project teams.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as an Account Director, Senior Account Manager, Client Services Director, or in a similar senior client-facing role.
• Strong background in the events, exhibitions, experiential, or related agency sector.
• Demonstrated experience managing major client accounts and complex projects.
• Strong commercial understanding, including budgets, profitability, forecasting, and account growth.
• Excellent client management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary creative, production, and operational teams.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Salary is up to 35K SAR.
