Restaurant Operations Manager

Jeddah | Full-time

Experience: 5–8 years

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the operation and performance of multiple branches.

• Tracking and driving sales, monitoring costs and KPIs.

• Leading restaurant managers and operations teams.

• Ensuring quality and food safety, and elevating the customer experience.

• Analyzing performance and implementing improvement plans.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in restaurant operations.

• Experience in managing multiple branches.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in restaurant chains and branch openings.

• Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant management.
