A leading healthcare organization in Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced and highly qualified Consultant Plastic Surgeon to join its growing surgical team.

Key Responsibilities;

• Provide expert consultation, assessment, diagnosis and treatment for patients requiring plastic and reconstructive surgery.
• Perform appropriate plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgical procedures according to clinical expertise and scope of practice.
• Manage patients throughout pre-operative assessment, surgical intervention and post-operative follow-up.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical indications.
• Manage reconstructive cases involving trauma, burns, congenital conditions, defects following tumour excision and other acquired deformities, where applicable.
• Perform and/or manage appropriate soft-tissue reconstruction, skin grafting and tissue transfer procedures within the physician's area of expertise.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and coordinate care with other medical and surgical specialties.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with applicable clinical governance, patient safety and infection-control standards.
• Contribute to quality improvement, clinical education and professional development activities.
