Hr & Admin Manager (saudi National)

Job Summary

• Manage all HR and administrative functions across the project
• Oversee recruitment onboarding employee relations and HR compliance
• Ensure alignment with Saudi labor law and company policies
• Handle payroll coordination attendance and employee records
• Support Saudization requirements and workforce planning

Qualifications :

• Saudi National (mandatory)
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
• 712 years of HR & administrative experience
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR practices in KSA
• Experience in construction or contracting sector preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
