Job Summary
Are you a passionate hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences Dimensions Hospitality Services is looking for an experienced Outlet Manager to lead one of our restaurant outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant outlet.
- Lead motivate and develop the front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor sales labor costs and inventory to achieve financial targets.
- Maintain high standards of food quality hygiene and safety.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum 35 years of restaurant management experience.
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with restaurant POS systems and daily operational reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent customer service and team management abilities.
- Hospitality experience in Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
