About the Role

Hill International, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to join their team in Al Qasim, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for a professional with 5-10 years of experience in project engineering. The role involves overseeing and coordinating various project functions to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project team members.
• Coordinate with design, manufacturing, construction, and maintenance teams to achieve project goals.
• Ensure projects adhere to established quality standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, technical specifications, and change orders.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders such as clients, contractors, and vendors.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and problems throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project functions including Project Management, Site Management, Project Control Management, Engineering Management, Procurement, and Construction Management to ensure coordination and proper staffing.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting standards are maintained across all projects.
• Coordinate and communicate with the projects group on major regional projects.
• Liaise with regional and site management regarding project status, significant trends, and approved project changes.
• Monitor engineering progress against budget and forecasted schedules.
• Prepare engineering budgets, project schedules, and project control budgets.
• Maintain ongoing communication with construction and contractor management teams.
• Coordinate engineering activities with other departments.
• Monitor construction progress and provide technical assistance.
• Offer technical advice and support to other departments.
• Adhere to Hill International's Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals, and Procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager or supervisor.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in project engineering. A strong understanding of project management principles and technical coordination is essential for this role.

This full-time position is based in Al Qasim, Saudi Arabia, and requires active participation in project monitoring and coordination across various teams and stakeholders.
