Fastgate Logistics is seeking a Sales Logistics Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time role focuses on expanding our B2B customer base and driving sales across key logistics services.

Role Overview

The Sales Logistics Manager will be responsible for leading sales initiatives for international freight forwarding, domestic and GCC transportation, and customs clearance services. This position requires a professional with a proven track record in logistics sales within Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan with defined revenue and customer acquisition targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities from importers, exporters, manufacturers, and trading companies.
• Establish direct relationships with decision-makers to cultivate long-term customer accounts.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and initial customer meetings to quotations, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Collaborate with pricing and operations teams to deliver competitive and profitable logistics solutions.
• Lead the sales team, monitor sales opportunities, and report on performance metrics.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience in selling freight forwarding or logistics services within Saudi Arabia.
• Strong understanding of sea freight, air freight, road transportation, and customs clearance processes.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new B2B customers and consistently achieving sales targets.
• Experience managing a sales team or key accounts.
• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience is required.

Location

The ideal candidate will be based in Jeddah or willing to relocate to Jeddah for this position.
