Role: Associate Managing Consultant- SAP Tax & Revenue Management

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned SAP Tax and Revenue Management (TRM) Consultant with 8–10 years of experience in SAP FICA/PSCD/TRM to drive implementations, upgrades, and support engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in tax and revenue processes, including corporate taxation, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and project teams to design, configure, and optimize SAP TRM solutions while ensuring seamless delivery across projects.

Key Skills:

• Strong experience in SAP FICA / PSCD / TRM modules
• Proven exposure to implementations, upgrades, and AMS support projects
• Good understanding of tax and revenue management processes, including corporate tax
• Hands-on experience in configuration and solution design
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA and integration with other modules/systems
• Knowledge of data migration and validation processes
• Ability to prepare functional specifications and documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good stakeholder management and client interaction skills
• Experience in mentoring junior team members

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute SAP TRM/FICA/PSCD implementation and enhancement activities
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions
• Perform and oversee system configuration and process optimization
• Support upgrades, rollouts, and AMS activities
• Manage incident resolution and change requests
• Coordinate and support testing cycles (SIT, UAT)
• Ensure alignment of business processes with SAP solutions
• Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
• Collaborate with technical teams for developments and integrations
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation
• Mentor junior consultants and support team development
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and best practices
