VP of Sales

About the Role

MT Bytes is seeking a VP of Sales to lead the next phase of growth in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on new business development, from identifying target companies and individuals to building relationships and advancing qualified opportunities. The position requires an experienced leader capable of setting strategic direction, making sound commercial decisions, and taking responsibility for functional results.

Key Responsibilities

• Research target companies and identify relevant decision-makers.
• Conduct outreach, discovery calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the team on proposals and commercial opportunities.
• Maintain current CRM and opportunity information.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Develop relationships with senior stakeholders and build a strong local pipeline in Saudi Arabia.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Over 10 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, partnerships, or a related field.
• Confidence in engaging with founders, executives, and decision-makers.
• Proficiency in prospecting, follow-up, and pipeline management.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Experience working with Saudi businesses or within the wider GCC market is an advantage.
