corporate and group business within assigned territories and market segments while
building strategic relationships that position Movenpick alkhobar as one of the regions most
luxury destinations.
As a brand ambassador the Sales Manager represents Movenpicks distinctive blend of culture
lifestyle wellness and hospitality ensuring the hotel is strongly positioned among
travel advisors entertainment networks corporate accounts and high-value clientele.
This role works closely with Revenue Management Reservations and Operations to convert
opportunities maximize market share and deliver a seamless guest journey from enquiry to
arrival .corporate travel buyers family offices concierge networks and lifestyle partners.

Represent Movenpick alkhobar at international trade shows roadshows sales missions

networking events and client activations.

Conduct regular sales calls presentations and site inspections to secure new business

and strengthen partnerships.

Achieve or exceed individual monthly quarterly and annual revenue goals.

Work closely with Revenue Management to understand market demand pricing

strategy and pace reports to identify opportunities.

Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns promotions and lead generation initiatives

that drive awareness and conversion.

Maintain accurate account plans activity reports pipelines and opportunities in

Delphi / Salesforce CRM systems.

Negotiate corporate and consortia agreements in line with hotel commercial strategy.

Monitor competitor activity market trends and changing travel patterns within

assigned territories.

Coordinate with Reservations and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of

client bookings VIP arrivals and group requirements.

Support commercial initiatives including database development account

mapping collateral distribution and launch campaigns.

Foster strong working relationships with Accor Global Sales Offices and relevant

Ennismore commercial teams to maximize account production.

Qualifications :

Minimum 35 years of hotel or resort sales experience in a Sales Manager or

Senior Sales Executive role within Al Khobar/ Dammam market.

Previous experience within luxury hospitality lifestyle brands or destination

resorts preferred.

Strong network within luxury travel trade leisure agencies GCC corporate market or

international source markets.

Strong understanding of sales strategy account management contracting and

revenue fundamentals.

Excellent communication presentation and relationship-building skills.

Highly motivated entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset.

Bachelors degree in hospitality Business Marketing or related field preferred.

Proficient in hotel systems including Opera Delphi Salesforce Lanyon / Cvent and

Microsoft Office Suite.

Fluent English and Arabic required.
