About the Role
Saudi Air Navigation Services is seeking a Digital Project Lead to manage and develop new projects. This full-time role is based in Saudi Arabia and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience. The Digital Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing projects from conception through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and established guidelines.
Role Purpose
The primary purpose of this role is to manage and organize new projects following data collection, research, and analysis. This includes actively researching and designing new projects, as well as preparing and presenting innovative ideas to enhance current business processes. The Digital Project Lead will also ensure projects remain on track through regular reporting and monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and arrange new projects after data collection, research, and analysis are completed.
- Conduct active research to design and propose new projects.
- Prepare and present new ideas aimed at improving current business processes.
- Provide regular update reports to monitor project progress.
- Track project budgets, conduct benchmarking, and monitor milestones.
- Ensure all project activities adhere to set KPIs, agreed budgets, and adopted policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 10 years of experience in a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively from initiation to completion.
- Proven experience in research, data analysis, and project design.
Work Type
This is a full-time position based in Saudi Arabia.
