We’re Hiring | Legal Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Legal Specialist to join our team and support the organization in managing legal affairs, contracts, documentation, and related government/legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on ongoing legal cases and prepare legal memos and supporting documents.
• Draft and review MOUs, FIDIC, supply, lease, and other agreements.
• Prepare legal documents, letters, and official correspondence.
• Handle MOJ, Ejar, Real Estate Registration, and other relevant legal/government portals.
• Manage contracts, powers of attorney, corporate records, and legal documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments, projects, and external parties on legal matters.
• Maintain accurate records and proper archiving of legal documents.
• Support other legal assignments as required by the Legal Department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law; Master’s degree is preferred.
• 6–7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in contract drafting and legal documentation.
• Knowledge of relevant Saudi legal and government platforms.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.
