Role Description The Field Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah, responsible for driving sales growth through direct customer interaction and territory management. Day-to-day tasks include visiting existing and potential customers, presenting products and services, identifying sales opportunities, and following up on leads to close deals. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, handling inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Field Sales Specialist will prepare and deliver sales reports, coordinate with internal teams on pricing and availability, and participate in promotional activities or events as needed. This position requires regular field travel within the assigned area and proactive engagement to meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with customers and internal teams.
• Customer Service capabilities to manage client needs, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify prospects, develop opportunities, and achieve revenue targets.
• Sales Operations experience to manage pipelines, track activities, and report performance accurately.
• Proven experience in field sales or a similar customer-facing role, preferably in a trading or commercial environment.
• Ability to work independently in the field, organize schedules, and prioritize visits effectively.
• Basic proficiency in using CRM tools and standard office software for documentation and reporting.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Jeddah and nearby areas.
• High school diploma or higher education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred, along with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
