The company plays a pivotal role in the development of the Saudi airports sector. The company manages and operates airports, including domestic and international airports. The company aims to build an advanced network of airports that supports tourism and enhances services quality and operational efficiency to achieve the Saudi Vision 2030 by developing airports and enhancing the investment opportunities.

Responsibility:

• Coordinate and organize committee meetings with relevant members.
• Arrange meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare meeting agendas and distribute them to participants in advance.
• Prepare meeting minutes and accurately document discussions, decisions, and recommendations.
• Follow up on the implementation of committee decisions and recommendations, ensuring adherence to specified timelines.
• Maintain and organize committee records, meeting minutes, and related reports.
• Prepare periodic reports on committee activities and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and policies governing committee operations.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to obtain required data and information.
• Provide logistical and administrative support for meetings (in-person / virtual).
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of sensitive information related to committees.

Qualifications & Experience

Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, or a related field.

Work Experience

• 4–6 years of experience in a similar field.

Language Requirements

• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
