Job description

A leading company, Abwab Alhulool Althakiyah, is seeking to fill a position within its team. The employee will be responsible for client communication, providing support and follow-up, assisting in sales, and contributing to the daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer calls and inquiries.
• Monitoring emails and various communication channels.
• Providing initial support to customers and assisting them in using the company's services and systems.
• Tracking customer requests and feedback, coordinating with the relevant team as needed.
• Explaining the company's services and solutions to customers clearly and simply.
• Communicating with potential customers and introducing the company's services.
• Following up with interested customers and arranging meetings and presentations.
• Conducting demonstrations and meetings with customers as needed.
• Visiting customers as needed.
• Welcoming customers and visitors at the company headquarters.
• Assisting in organizing and following up on daily office tasks.
• Recording and tracking customer data, inquiries, and requests.
• Maintaining a good level of communication and follow-up with current and potential customers.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers professionally.
• Ability to speak and explain clearly and confidently.
• Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Quick learning ability and understanding of systems and software.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to solve problems and handle customer inquiries.
• Skills or interest in sales and relationship development with customers.
• Good level of English language proficiency.
• Possession of a valid driving license is preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or technical support is preferred.
• Previous experience in technology or service companies is considered an additional advantage.
