Glorek International Co. for Operations & Maintenance – Jeddah
Glorek is a Saudi company that provides operational manpower, facility management and equipment rental to leading clients in Jeddah, Makkah, Riyadh and across the Western Region. We're looking for a sharp, organised HR Coordinator to run the day-to-day HR and government relations work behind a fast-moving workforce.
Reports to: HR Manager | Type: Full-time, on-site
Key Responsibilities
Service Provider Workforce (Ajeer)
- Onboard new service providers and check their documents: CR, VAT certificate, signed supply agreement and bank details.
- Issue, renew and cancel Ajeer permits on time, in line with each client site and contract period.
- Keep a live register of all service-provider workers, covering iqama, passport, Ajeer permit, deployment site and expiry dates.
- Prepare monthly attendance and overtime timesheets for each provider, get site supervisors to approve them, and send them to providers by the 8th of every month.
- Check provider invoices against approved timesheets and agreed rates before sending them to Accounts.
- Monitor provider compliance on valid iqamas, insurance and GOSI, and raise gaps before workers reach client sites.
- Coordinate worker replacements, absconding cases and releases with service providers.
Internal Staff & Government Relations
- Handle transactions on Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad and Muqeem: employment contracts, iqama issuance and renewal, sponsorship transfers, exit/re-entry and final exit visas, and profession changes.
- Monitor the company's Nitaqat band and Saudization ratio, and flag risks early.
- Keep GOSI registrations up to date for all joiners, leavers and salary changes.
- Send monthly attendance, leave and deductions to Accounts ahead of payroll, and follow up on wage protection (WPS) uploads through Mudad.
- Keep complete, organised employee files.
- Manage medical insurance additions, deletions and card issuance.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage incoming applications through the company's recruitment portal: screen and shortlist candidates and schedule interviews.
- Check iqama transferability and candidate documents before offers are issued.
- Coordinate the joining process: contract signing, sponsorship transfer, medical checks and site induction.
- Work with Operations on receiving new service-provider workers and getting them ready for deployment.
- Handle employee exits: clearance, asset handover, end-of-service inputs to Accounts, and closing government records.
Compliance & Reporting
- Maintain a monthly expiry tracker for iqamas, Ajeer permits, insurance, contracts and provider CRs, with alerts 30 and 60 days ahead.
- Prepare a monthly headcount and workforce cost report for the HR Manager, split by internal staff and service-provider workers, client and site.
- Support the HR Manager on labour cases, MHRSD inspections and audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of HR or government relations experience in Saudi Arabia, ideally in manpower, O&M or facility management.
- Hands-on experience with Qiwa, Ajeer, GOSI, Mudad and Muqeem.
- Strong English, written and spoken, plus fluent Arabic.
- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills. Experience with HR or ERP systems is a plus.
- Highly organised, deadline-driven and comfortable handling high volumes of paperwork accurately.
What We Offer
- Monthly salary of SAR 4,500.
- GOSI registration and medical insurance.
- A professional environment with real exposure to a growing operations business.
