تفاصيل الوظيفة
- Oversee all construction activities during critical shutdown periods, ensuring strict adherence to schedule and scope.
- Manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary construction teams, including subcontractors, to achieve project objectives safely and efficiently.
- Implement and enforce rigorous safety protocols, ensuring zero lost-time incidents and compliance with Saudi Aramco safety standards.
- Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules, proactively identifying and mitigating potential delays.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction management, with a significant focus on industrial plant shutdowns.
- Proven experience working on Saudi Aramco projects, demonstrating familiarity with their standards and procedures.
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are highly desirable.
