The Marketing & Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies while ensuring a consistent, engaging, and customer focused experience.
The role will lead brand positioning, digital marketing, customer engagement, market analysis, and customer experience initiatives. The successful candidate will use customer insights and performance data to identify opportunities, improve engagement, strengthen brand loyalty, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Lead digital marketing, social media, content, and campaign activities
• Develop and strengthen the company’s brand positioning and market presence
• Design and improve the end to end customer journey and experience
• Monitor customer feedback, satisfaction, and engagement metrics
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity
• Develop customer experience improvement initiatives based on data and insights
• Manage marketing campaigns, budgets, agencies, and external partners
• Track marketing performance and prepare regular reports and recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent customer experience across all touchpoints
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Customer Experience, or a related managerial role
• Strong experience in digital marketing and brand management
• Proven expertise in customer journey mapping and customer experience improvement
• Strong analytical and data driven decision making skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong knowledge of social media, content marketing, and digital campaigns
• Experience managing marketing budgets and external agencies
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem solving skills
• Excellent English communication skills
