Project Manager – Civil Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Civil Engineer with strong experience in project management site supervision and field inspection. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site activities overseeing project execution conducting field inspections coordinating with relevant parties and reviewing and completing technical and engineering documentation

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.

1314 years of relevant experience in civil engineering and project management.

Strong experience in field inspection and site supervision.

Good experience in reviewing and completing technical documents and engineering documentation.

Strong experience in site activities coordination and project execution.

Proven experience in project management and monitoring site progress.

Strong coordination skills with contractors consultants and relevant stakeholders.

Good knowledge of engineering drawings specifications and standards.

Strong communication organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Requirements

• Manage and supervise site activities and ensure project execution according to approved drawings and specifications.
  
• Conduct and follow up on field inspections to ensure the quality and compliance of works with approved specifications.
  
• Review and complete technical documents and engineering documentation.
  
• Coordinate with contractors consultants and relevant stakeholders.
  
• Monitor site progress and resolve technical issues and site observations.
  
• Manage project activities and monitor schedule and quality of execution.
  
• Prepare and review technical reports and progress reports.
  
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards specifications and project requirements.
  

Required Skills:

Minimum 10 years of experience in interior design with strong site supervision exposure. At least 3 years of experience in GCC countries. Proven experience in managing and supervising interior fit-out projects on-site. Strong knowledge of materials finishes and construction detailing. Excellent coordination communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Available for immediate joining.
