Project Planner- Remote

Job Summary

The Project Planner will be responsible for preparing updating and monitoring project schedules to ensure that project activities are progressing according to the approved timeline. The role includes tracking project progress identifying delays and deviations analyzing project risks and preparing regular progress reports for management.

The Project Planner will coordinate closely with project managers technical teams procurement and other stakeholders to follow up on work progress support corrective action plans and ensure that project timelines milestones and deliverables are properly controlled. The role also involves supporting delay analysis Extension of Time requests progress measurement and reporting activities using planning tools such as Primavera P6 MS Project and Excel.

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architecture Project Management or a related field.

5 to 8 years of experience in project planning scheduling and project control.

Strong experience in contracting real estate development design & build projects finishing works landscaping or villa projects.

Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Strong skills in Microsoft Excel reporting dashboards and progress tracking.

Ability to prepare update and monitor project schedules and baseline programs.

Experience in tracking project progress delays deviations risks and corrective action plans.

Ability to prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.

Good knowledge of delay analysis and Extension of Time requests.

Knowledge of EVM cost control and cash flow is a plus.

Strong coordination skills with project teams technical office procurement and management.

Good communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Ability to work remotely and follow up with teams effectively.
