• Assist in preparing and monitoring project schedules and timelines.
  
• Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
  
• Allocate resources and monitor team workloads effectively.
  
• Identify project risks and escalate issues to project managers.
  
• Monitor project budgets and prepare financial progress reports.
  
• Maintain project documentation and status reports.
  
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
  

Required Skills

• Project Coordination Managing project activities and schedules.
  
• Microsoft Excel Data analysis tracking and reporting.

Work Experience Requirements

Candidates should possess 13 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role. Experience supporting project planning scheduling reporting and stakeholder communication is preferred.

Education

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Project Management Business Administration or related field.
  
• Preferred Qualification: Project Management Certification (preferred).
  
• Additional Certifications: PMP/CAPM (optional).
