Role Overview

The Manager - Landscape Maintenance is responsible for overseeing landscape maintenance operations. This full-time role involves leading supervisors and field teams, managing resources, monitoring operational performance, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure effective service delivery. The position requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee landscape maintenance operations across assigned sites.
• Ensure high-quality landscape presentation, plant health, and irrigation performance.
• Maintain operational efficiency and compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
• Achieve established service standards.
• Lead Supervisors and field teams.
• Manage manpower and resources.
• Monitor operational performance.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients.
