About Alwedad Charity
Alwedad Charity (Alwedad Charity Association) is dedicated to the care of orphans. We are seeking a Marketing and Donor Relations Officer to join our team in Abha, 'Asir, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position.
Role Overview
The Marketing and Donor Relations Officer will be responsible for developing and executing financial resource development plans, fostering strategic partnerships, and engaging with businesses and individuals to secure financial support. The role focuses on enhancing relationships with donors and ensuring the effective implementation of initiatives to achieve financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in building the branch's executive plan.
- Identify needs and tools for implementing the financial resource development plan.
- Develop initiatives and programs to achieve financial targets.
- Quarterly measurement of the financial resource executive plan.
- Develop an executive plan for targeted partnerships based on branch needs.
- Identify entities that align with strategic and executive goals.
- Coordinate and communicate with targeted entities through visits or hosting.
- Implement partnerships according to approved models.
- Activate partnerships effectively and measure their impact.
- Develop an executive plan for targeting business leaders and entities.
- Identify business leaders and entities with social responsibility initiatives.
- Coordinate and communicate with business leaders and entities, scheduling annual visits.
- Strengthen relationships through continuous communication with business leaders and entities.
- Submit impact reports after receiving support and monitor satisfaction of business leaders and entities.
- Maintain a clear database of business leaders and entities with social responsibility.
- Develop a scheduled plan for communication, visits, and submission of projects and programs.
- Implement initiatives to strengthen relationships with business leaders and supporting entities.
- Measure donor satisfaction using standardized models.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
