About the Role
Nasser Al Sayer Group is seeking a Senior Executive, Legal Services to oversee and manage legal cases and execution orders involving the Group's companies. This full-time role focuses on maintaining legal compliance and effectively handling legal proceedings.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the Al Sayer Legal Register by opening new debtor files and updating existing debtor information.
- Review credit documents prior to approval.
- Follow up on court proceedings with external lawyers and provide necessary information as required.
- Attend legal proceedings at District Courts and the Consumer Protection Agency.
- Analyze cases and legal issues, then assign cases to the Officer, Legal Services.
- Monitor and follow up on daily tasks assigned to the Officer, Legal Services.
- Apply penalties to debtors where the fairness of the claim has been declared by the Court.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports on the status of legal cases and issues to the Senior Group Manager, Legal Services.
- Advise legal debtors and employees on issues that may lead to legal implications.
- Follow up on and collect installment payments from legal debtors or those pending at the Court Cashier, providing receipts for collected amounts.
- Maintain the Salah Al Jassem Legal Program to record and update all legal cases.
- Coordinate court cases, legal proceedings, and private legal matters involving affiliate companies and Board members.
Reporting and Coordination
This role involves regular reporting to the Senior Group Manager, Legal Services, and close coordination with external legal counsel, internal teams, and relevant authorities. The Senior Executive will ensure all legal documentation and processes are accurately maintained and followed.
Work Environment
The Senior Executive, Legal Services will operate within the legal department of Nasser Al Sayer Group, handling a diverse portfolio of legal matters. This is a full-time position requiring consistent engagement with legal processes and stakeholders.
