KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Net requirement runs: run requirement calculations in ERP / Excel against stock, open orders and BOM; prepare the reconciliation for manager review.
- Rolling plan upkeep: maintain the 3-month rolling supply plan, log changes and share updates each cycle.
- Supply follow-up: chase suppliers and CMOs for confirmations, dispatch and delivery; update the tracker and escalate delays.
- Secondary packing: track packing plans against actuals and report variances with reasons.
- Stock & expiry monitoring: watch cover, shortages and near-expiry stock; flag actions to the manager.
- Master data: keep lead times, BOM and MOQ data correct in ERP.
- Reports & automation support: prepare weekly OTIF and plan reports; support dashboard and automation data needs.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: 2 - 5 years in supply planning or supply chain operations; pharma preferred.
- Education: Bachelors degree (pharma, science, commerce or engineering); MBA not required.
- Technical: good Excel (lookups, pivots) and working ERP knowledge.
- Mindset: detail-oriented, structured and persistent with follow-up; keen to learn BOM and planning concepts.
