Role Summary
The Guest Experience Agent is responsible for creating a memorable and personalized experience for guests throughout their stay. This role involves proactive engagement to guide guests from check-in to check-out, addressing their needs, and ensuring operational efficiency. The Guest Experience Agent operates with autonomy to deliver comprehensive services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of services to guide guests throughout their stay.
- Process operational needs and address guest requests efficiently.
- Complete necessary reports and share information about the local area.
- Ensure all guest interactions contribute positively to their overall experience.
Professional Standards and Physical Requirements
- Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Uphold confidentiality and protect company assets.
- Ensure quality standards are met and maintain a professional appearance and communication style.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift, carry, push, pull, or place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Qualifications and Experience
- 0-1 year of experience in a relevant field.
- Saudi National.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and deliver comprehensive guest services.
Work Environment
This full-time position is based in the Red Sea region. The role requires individuals who are outgoing and committed to providing service that is genuine and attentive to guest needs.
