About the Role:

We are seeking an outstanding administrative and healthcare professional to fill the position of Polyclinic Manager to oversee the full operational and administrative management of the medical complex, lead medical and administrative teams, ensure the provision of comprehensive healthcare in compliance with Ministry of Health regulations and quality/accreditation standards, and achieve the facility's financial and expansion targets.

• Daily Operational Management: Direct supervision of workflows across all specialty clinics (Dermatology & Aesthetics, Dentistry, Consultant Clinics, Laboratory, Radiology) and ensuring a seamless patient journey.
• Management and Development of Medical and Administrative Staff: Organizing schedules for doctors and healthcare practitioners, monitoring performance indicators and clinical productivity, and supervising nursing, reception, and customer service teams.
• Compliance and Government Licensing: Monitoring compliance with all requirements of the Ministry of Health, Civil Defense, and the Municipality, and ensuring the renewal of facility and medical staff licenses without disrupting operations.
• Financial Performance and Revenue: Controlling operational costs and expenses, monitoring invoicing and collections, and contributing to the development and implementation of treatment and service packages that enhance the overall revenue of the complex.
• Medical Insurance and Claims File: Coordinating to ensure efficient medical approvals and claims via the (NPHIES) platform and reducing insurance rejection rates.
• Patient Experience and Service Quality: Direct handling of patient feedback and complaints, and increasing customer satisfaction rates and positive reviews on digital platforms and Google Maps.

• Bachelor's degree in (Hospital Management / Healthcare Administration / Business Administration / Medicine or Dentistry); a Master's degree in Health Administration (MHA/MBA) is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in managing medical facilities, with at least 3 years as a Polyclinic/Medical Center Manager within the Kingdom.
• Comprehensive knowledge of health regulations and guidelines in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Ministry of Health requirements and medical licensing.
• Familiarity with medical center management systems, electronic health records (HIS / ERP), and approved insurance platforms.
• High leadership and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and manage crises.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
