The Role

Reporting to executive leadership the Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing the companys sales strategy leading regional commercial teams and driving profitable revenue growth across multiple customer segments. The successful candidate will combine strategic leadership with strong commercial execution ensuring that sales objectives are achieved while fostering long-term customer partnerships and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organizations sales strategy.
• Establish annual sales targets budgets and performance objectives.
• Lead and develop regional and national sales teams.
• Drive customer acquisition and long-term account development.
• Strengthen relationships with strategic customers and distribution partners.
• Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions where required.
• Collaborate with Marketing Finance Operations and Supply Chain to support commercial objectives.
• Evaluate new market opportunities and expansion strategies.
• Lead major commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts and executive reports.
• Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer insights.
• Build a performance-driven sales culture through coaching succession planning and talent development.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related discipline.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification is considered an advantage.
• 12 years of progressive sales leadership experience.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing commercial teams.
• Experience developing and executing national or regional sales strategies.
• Strong commercial financial and strategic planning capabilities.
• Excellent leadership negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within GCC markets is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic would be an advantage.
