Role Description The Construction Manager will oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities for the ARAMCO project in Dammam, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This full-time, on-site role includes managing contractors and subcontractors, coordinating site operations, monitoring progress, and resolving issues that may impact project timelines or quality. The Construction Manager will review drawings and specifications, verify compliance with construction standards and safety regulations, and conduct regular site inspections. The role also involves preparing progress reports, supporting project control processes, collaborating with engineering and procurement teams, and communicating effectively with stakeholders to keep them informed on project status.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, contractor management, and coordination of multi-disciplinary site activities.
• Candidates should possess Budgeting and Project Control skills to manage cost, schedule, resource allocation, and reporting for complex construction projects.
• Candidates should possess Construction and Construction Safety expertise, including knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and best practices for industrial projects.
• Relevant skills such as problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution in high-pressure environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Proven experience managing large industrial or oil and gas construction projects, preferably in the Middle East.
• Strong communication skills in English; ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural team.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and ethical conduct, with the ability to enforce site policies and procedures.
