Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Receive and respond to customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, live chat) with accuracy and professionalism.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding the products and services offered.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and work on turning challenges into positive experiences.
• Update and document customer interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous work experience ranging from 1 to 2 years in customer service or sales fields.
• Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office software.
• Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment focused on continuous improvement.
• Good English language proficiency.
