About Us

Tree of Life is a Riyadh-based foodservice company operating across several countries. We supply hotels, restaurants, cafés and coffee chains with ingredients, beverages and kitchen equipment, providing sourcing, distribution and foodservice solutions.

The Role

If you enjoy bringing order to a busy day, building relationships and learning how a business works, this role offers the opportunity to do all three.

Based in our office and working closely with the General Manager, you will connect our international brand principals, suppliers and internal teams. From coordinating orders and shipments to supporting the sales team, your work will help turn commercial plans into well-organized daily operations.

You will communicate directly with our international partners and, when required, have opportunities to travel to trade exhibitions and visit their factories. Along the way, you will learn about new products, different markets and the people behind the brands we represent.

We are looking for someone organized, comfortable with numbers and confident in communicating with others, someone who asks thoughtful questions, takes ownership and enjoys discovering something new. You will have meaningful responsibilities, close guidance and room to develop your skills as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Place purchase orders based on sales forecasts and stock requirements.
• Follow orders through production, shipping, documentation and customs clearance until delivery to the warehouse.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and clearing agents to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor stock levels and help maintain accurate inventory records.
• Support the sales team with quotations, orders, delivery coordination and customer follow-up.
• Maintain regular communication with suppliers and international brand partners.
• Help improve internal processes, reporting and day-to-day commercial operations.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in a commercial or business-related role.
• Experience in trading, procurement, sales support, customer service or logistics is welcome.
• Excellent written and spoken English, and fluency in Arabic.
• Comfortable working with numbers and Microsoft Excel.
• Organized, detail-oriented and reliable, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Clear, friendly communication and relationship-building skills.
• Eagerness to learn, ask questions and develop professionally.
• A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce or a related field.
