Job Purpose:

To provide comprehensive legal and contractual support to the Company by drafting and reviewing legal documents, assisting in contract management, preparing litigation documents, analyzing legal evidence, monitoring court proceedings, following up on enforcement cases, and supporting receivables recovery activities. The Legal Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely completion of assigned legal tasks in accordance with applicable Saudi laws, Company policies, and the instructions of the Legal Manager.

What You’ll Do

Legal Contract Drafting & Documentation:

• Draft, review, and revise commercial contracts, agreements, legal notices, undertakings, settlement agreements, and other legal documents.
• Assist in preparing and updating standard contract templates, terms and conditions, legal forms, and contractual documentation.

Litigation Support & Court Submissions:

• Assist in preparing statements of claim, statements of defense, legal memoranda, replies, objections, appeal documents, and other court submissions.
• Coordinate with external law firms to provide case documents, clarify factual matters, obtain case updates, and follow up on outstanding legal requirements.

Legal Research & Regulatory Compliance:

• Conduct legal research on relevant Saudi laws, regulations, judicial procedures, and legal principles applicable to assigned cases.
• Conduct legal research on Saudi laws and regulations relevant to the Company’s contracts, commercial activities, and disputes.
• Check that contracts and supporting documents comply with approved Company procedures and applicable legal requirements.

General Legal & Contractual Support:

• Perform other legal and contractual duties reasonably related to the position as assigned by the Legal Manager.

What You’ll Bring

Education & Professional Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in a legal department, law firm, or corporate legal environment.

Legal Knowledge & Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of Saudi laws, regulations, court procedures, and enforcement processes.
• Good command of Microsoft Office and electronic document management.

Language Proficiency:

• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
