أخصائي مبيعات (Sales Specialist)

SeenCRM is announcing a job vacancy for the position of Sales Specialist to join our sales team and contribute to achieving company goals by attracting clients, building business relationships, and converting opportunities into sales.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Research potential clients and attract new sales opportunities.
• Communicate with potential clients via phone, email, and appropriate social media channels.
• Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions and services from SeenCRM.
• Present products and services and explain the value proposition to clients.
• Follow up with potential clients and convert opportunities into successful deals.
• Manage the sales cycle from the initial contact stage to closing the deal.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Continuously update client data, opportunities, and notes in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and goals set by management.
• Prepare and follow up on price quotations and negotiate with clients within authorized limits.
• Monitor the market and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure a smooth transition for clients after the sale is completed.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales activities, opportunities, and results.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in technology, software, or business solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships with clients.
• Ability to work according to clear goals and KPIs.
• Good skills in using CRM systems and sales tools.
• Initiative and the ability to find new opportunities and develop the client base.
• Proficiency in Arabic; proficiency in English is preferred.
• Ability to work within a team and handle work pressure.
