About the Role

Aroma City Group is seeking a Social Media Manager to develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms. This full-time role involves managing content calendars, creating engaging content, and monitoring performance. The position requires 2-5 years of experience in social media management.

Role Overview

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies. This includes content creation, managing social media presence, and analyzing performance to ensure alignment with marketing campaigns and business objectives. A key aspect of the role involves capturing and editing high-quality visual content from various sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Prepare and manage content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content, including posts, captions, stories, reels, and videos.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of construction sites, product applications, project milestones, and corporate events.
• Edit video footage and produce reels, project case studies, interviews, and technical demonstration videos.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, technical, and sales teams to communicate complex products and solutions effectively.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries while maintaining consistent brand messaging and visual standards.
• Support paid social media campaigns in coordination with the digital marketing team.
• Track social media performance and prepare reports on reach, engagement, audience growth, and campaign results, recommending improvements.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and audience engagement to identify new content opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content formats, publishing tools, and best practices.
• Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to adapt content to different platforms and audiences.
• Strong photography and videography skills, including composition, lighting, framing, and audio capture.
• Proficiency in video and photo editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and CapCut.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, social media scheduling tools, and platform analytics.
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Willingness and ability to travel to project sites and capture content in active construction environments.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content ideation, image creation, and video production is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the construction or building materials industry is a plus.

Experience Required

Candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in a relevant social media management role.
