Job description
Senior Business Analyst – SAUDI NATIONAL ONLY
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Mandatory Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of business analysis experience on digital platform or software projects.
• At least 3 years of experience with Saudi government digital services, such as e-services, licensing and permits, grant or subsidy programs, or payments.
• Experience delivering at least two workflow-heavy platforms from requirements through UAT to go-live. At least one must have integrated with government services such as Nafath, Absher, SADAD, or ZATCA.
• Experience preparing client-approved BRDs and FRDs, along with agile user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong BPMN 2.0 modeling and business-rules documentation skills.
• Experience defining financial flows, including fees, payments, payouts, and reconciliation.
• Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English, including leading workshops with senior officials.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with grant or incentive programs, licensing regulators, marketplaces, or CRM and service-desk projects.
• SAFe experience or certification such as IIBA CCBA/CBAP, IREB CPRE, or SAFe POPM.
