RAYH Innovations is a Saudi venture builder. We build new ventures with our partners, combining business, technology, data and AI to take ideas from validation to launch. Today we work across real estate, healthcare, logistics, fintech, SaaS and government services.

The role in one line

You are the trusted customer-facing operator for 2 to 3 of our ventures. You keep each venture connected to its real users, route what customers tell us to the right internal team, close the loop with customers, and run user testing.

What you will own:

• The customer side of 2 to 3 ventures: who talks to whom, how often, and what gets written down

• Customer conversations and user testing sessions, run by you or by a Junior Officer you supervise

• Routing customer signals to the right internal owner within 48 hours

• Making sure every customer who gave feedback hears back when we act on it

• A customer feedback log and quote library for each venture

• Monthly customer insight memos to venture leadership

• Representing the venture at customer events, pilot launches and escalations

What we are looking for:

• 2 to 4 years in a customer-facing operational role: customer success, client delivery, implementation, user research, CX operations, field or product operations

• Experience with B2B customers (enterprise or SME), ideally in real estate, healthcare, logistics, fintech, SaaS or government services

• Experience in a startup, venture studio, incubator, scale-up or corporate innovation team is a strong plus

• You have run user testing or customer sessions in person, and know when to probe, when to listen and when to drop the script

• You can separate signal from noise and get it to the right person

• You can push back on senior people with evidence, without breaking the relationship

• You write short, structured, actionable notes

• Fluent Arabic and English, written and spoken

• Comfortable with Google Workspace, Notion or similar, Slack, spreadsheets and light analytics

• Comfortable running a 90-minute session alone with a senior or C-level buyer

What you will learn:

• How a venture studio works across Discovery, Validation, Build, Launch and Scale

• Balancing the needs of several ventures at once

• Leading hard conversations when customer evidence contradicts what the team believes.

Growth path:

Senior Venture Operations within 18 to 24 months as our portfolio grows, with a path to Head of Venture Operations.

Details:

• Full-time, in person at RAYH HQ, Riyadh (not remote)

• Sunday to Thursday, 40 hours, with occasional customer sessions outside those hours
