Position Title: Logistics Officer - Manufacturing Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 8,000 SAR inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Al Jubail, KSA About the Client: A well-established global supplier, based in KSA that produces all types of high-quality tissue grades through cutting-edge production with superior quality standards Job Description: § Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, deliveries and transportation arrangements to ensure timely movement of raw materials and finished goods. § Prepare, review and verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, delivery notes and transport documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with shipping requirements. § Monitor shipment status, coordinate with freight forwarders, transport providers and customs clearance agents, and resolve delivery delays or documentation discrepancies. § Maintain accurate shipment and delivery records in SAP, prepare logistics reports using Microsoft Office, and coordinate with warehouse, procurement and production teams.

Qualifications: § Male, 40 years old and below; with Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related discipline. § At least 2 years of logistics or shipping coordination experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment, including inbound and outbound deliveries. § Practical knowledge of shipping documentation, shipment tracking, transportation coordination and customs clearance procedures. § Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, with strong organizational, communication, documentation and problem-solving skills.
