The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, lead and develop Front of House and Back of House teams, and ensure exceptional service, food quality, operational efficiency, and profitability while maintaining the restaurant's high standards.

Key Accountabilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth opening, closing, and service procedures in line with company standards.

• Lead, supervise, train, and develop FOH and BOH teams, ensuring effective communication and high performance.

• Monitor financial performance, control operating expenses, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.

• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining service quality, addressing complaints, and acting on customer feedback.

• Manage procurement, inventory, and stock levels while minimizing waste and maintaining cost efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP guidelines.

• Manage employee schedules, performance evaluations, training needs, and staffing requirements in coordination with HR.

• Monitor daily sales, POS reports, cash handling, and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and accountability.

• Oversee restaurant maintenance, equipment readiness, and adherence to operational procedures.

• Prepare monthly performance reports covering sales, guest satisfaction, financial results, and operational improvements.

• Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, service standards, and management directives.

Desired Candidate Profile

We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or equivalent management experience with proven capabilities.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or 5 years as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, preferably in a Lebanese or Oriental restaurant.

• Excellent command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop employees.

• Proven experience in restaurant operations, financial management, budgeting, inventory control, and cost optimization.

• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene procedures, and HACCP guidelines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and cash-handling procedures.

• Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
