About ARK47 Studio

ARK47 Studio is a Saudi AI app available on the App Store and Google Play that builds business systems from a plain-language description: for example HR bookings an online store or a sales board. It drafts a plan with the business owner first then builds the screens data and access permissions. We are a Riyadh team bringing it to businesses in the Kingdom and beyond.

What you will do

• Onboard new customers in ARK47 Studio and help them finish their first system.
• Run check-ins during each customers first month and answer how-to questions in Arabic and English.
• Reply to App Store and Google Play reviews and to support messages and pass product issues to the product team with clear steps.
• Write and update short help guides in Arabic and English for common tasks in the app.
• Track each accounts usage credit purchases and open issues and report every week.

What we need

• Minimum qualification: a bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
• Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
• 2 years in customer success account management or customer support ideally software.
• Arabic and English spoken and written; clear writing.
• Patient and organised comfortable explaining apps on a phone and a laptop.

Pay and terms

• Total monthly salary SAR (basic salary plus allowances) depending on experience.
• Full-time on-site at our Riyadh office; working days hours and annual leave per the Saudi Labour Law.
• Health insurance and GOSI registration as required by Saudi law.
• Employer: Apex Operations Company. Work location: Riyadh.

How we select

3. For shortlisted candidates a 30-minute onboarding role-play using ARK47 Studio on our test account (no personal account needed).
4. Final interview in Riyadh. We inform every interviewed candidate of the result within 30 days of their interview.
