Job Summary

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administer and support Red Hat OpenShift clusters and platform operations.
• Perform upgrades patching monitoring troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Provide L1/L2 support and coordinate complex issues with Red Hat support teams.
• Manage OpenShift networking security RBAC certificates backups and recovery activities.
• Support incident change and problem management processes.
• Deliver technical guidance best practices and knowledge transfer to client teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes administration.
• Solid Linux containerization and cloud-native technology expertise.
• Experience with cluster monitoring capacity management upgrades and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of networking security RBAC certificates and backup/recovery in OpenShift environments.
• Strong communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Red Hat OpenShift certification is preferred.
