Senior Manager Projects - NCC Energy - KSA

This position is responsible for managing, leading, evaluating, and overseeing EPC projects for NCC – Energy to ensure the desired results are achieved. Responsible for the profit and loss of individual projects, and successful completion of projects within specified time frame, establishing and maintaining a professional and satisfactory relationship with Owner, subcontractors, regulatory agencies and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of assigned EPC projects, ensuring compliance with Aramco, SEC and contractual, technical, HSE and quality requirements throughout the project cycle.

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources and risk, to meet contractual milestones and financial objectives.

• Lead multidisciplinary teams across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Planning, QA/QC and HSE. Establish project controls planning, cost control, forecasting and risk management.

• Lead customer interface and maintain strong relationships with Saudi Aramco, SEC, SWCC and other strategic customers and support the Business Development team with strategic resource planning.

• Lead project reviews with management and prepare executive reports on schedule, cost, risk, cash flow and resource utilization.

• Drive project closeout, punch lists, documentation, claims, change orders and financial performance.

• Develop and lead the NCC Energy PMO, introducing standardized processes, governance and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• 18+ years of experience in EPC Project Management, including 10+ years on large EPC / LSTK projects within the Power, Oil & Gas, and Industrial sectors with ARAMCO, SEC or equivalent international clients is highly preferred.

• PMP certification or ARAMCO-approved PM certification required.

• Strong customer relationship management with effective executive communication skills.

• Strong contracts management and risk management with effective negotiation skills.
